Multi-Colored Shoes, 202 Island Inn San Diego CA 92101

I found these fun multicolored canvas shoes in front of brightly colored rolling door to the Island Inn's trash room. They seemed so happy it was almost contagious.

Pink Veil

This pink veil was found in the Children's Park in downtown San Diego near The New Children's Museum. Despite its name the Children's Park is inhabited mainly by the cities homeless. At night sometimes a young people congregate there to party after the party.

Red Flip Flops -- Backsage Aubergine (12 July 2008) 324 Island San Diego 92101

These red flip flops were found outside the Backstage . The Aubergine is a night club which is often very busy. It used to be a theater. I remember when it converted and the Aubergine was looking for a liquor license, they sent out fliers describing the proposed enterprise as a family restaurant. The Aubergine is directly across the street from the Horton Grand Hotel.
